Pitta Dosha

Vata Dosha

People under vata dosha are the most slender among the three dosha. Those under this group find hard to gain weight. Their body structure is mostly bony and very little muscles in the body. Though they are prone to experience bloating and constipation. However, among the three body types, those under the vata are found to be anxious about themselves.

Diet plans for vata should include vegetables, milk, nuts and cereals. In addition, butter is good for those under the vata group. Foods not included in the vata are soda beverages, raw veggies and dry crunchy foods.
